Program Structure:

1. Orientation: Interns will undergo an initial orientation session to familiarize themselves with the program structure, expectations, and workplace policies. They will receive a welcome pack containing relevant resources.

2. Classroom Sessions: Interns will attend regular classroom sessions covering topics such as workplace etiquette, effective communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork. These sessions will be interactive and include case studies, role plays, and group discussions.

3. Hands-On Experience: Interns will have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge through practical assignments and projects. They will be assigned to different departments to gain exposure to various areas of a professional environment.

4. Mentorship: Each intern will be assigned a mentor, who will provide guidance, advice, and support throughout the program. Regular meetings will be conducted to assess progress, address queries, and offer career guidance.

5. Workplace Integration: To ensure interns acclimate well to the workplace culture, they will participate in team-building activities, networking events, and attend company meetings. This will foster a deeper understanding of the organization’s values and encourage collaboration with colleagues.
